Perangkat Ajar Berdiferensiasi sebagai Kunci Pembelajaran Berkeadilan

Abstract
Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu desain pe,belajaran yang berusaha untuk memberikan pelayanan yang sama kepada semua peserta didik yang beragam. Dalam mewujudkan semua itu, diperlukan pengajar dan pendidik yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan semua itu. Artikel ini merupakan laporan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru di dalam menyusun modul ajar berdiferensiasi. Ada dua puluh guru yang mengikuti pelatihan ini. Pelatihan di lakukan di SMA. A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng. Rangkaian pelatihan meliputi tes awal, pemaparan materi, dan tes akhir. Peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam bidang pemahaman dan penyusunan modul ajar berdiferensiasi sangat tampak setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat pada perbandingan antara tes awal dengan tes akhir. Guru lebih memahami prinsip, prosedur, dan bentuk pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Selain itu, guru juga terlihat lebih mudah di dalam menyusun modul ajar karena sudah memahami berbagai aspek yang ada di dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.
