Diseminasi hasil riset determinan kecemasan dan depresi pasca vaksinasi Covid-19

Abstract

Penyakit coronavirus adalah penyakit menular yang ditularkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan masalah serius pada kesehatan fisik dan mental. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengkampanyekan pentingnya kesehatan mental khususnya pencegahan kecemasan dan depresi. Metode pengabdian adalah dengan konseling dengan intervensi buku saku. Hasil kegiatan pre-test dilakukan dengan memberikan formulir kepada warga yang datang dengan memperoleh skor minimal 40 dan skor tertinggi 90. Kemudian setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil post-test mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai minimum 60 dan tinggi 100. Rata-rata pre-test 63,75 dan post-test 82,50. Saat ini, hasil penyuluhan tersebut dapat menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan derajat kehidupan masyarakat Desa Gunung Watu, baik kesehatan fisik maupun kesehatan jiwa.
