Pengembangan Smart Label Wine Berbasis IoT Melalui Metode QFD Untuk Peningkatan Pengalaman Pelanggan

Abstract

Industri wine menghadapi tantangan besar dalam memberikan informasi transparan kepada pelanggan, terutama dalam pasar retail yang kompetitif. Informasi yang tidak memadai pada label wine dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan smart label berbasis IoT yang dapat memberikan informasi yang lengkap dan interaktif kepada pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam ini adalah melalui survei dan wawancara kepada pelanggan wine dengan tingkat konsumsi tinggi, pelaku industri wine, dan sommelier untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pelanggan yang selanjutnya diterjemahkan menggunakan metode Quality function deployment ke dalam spesifikasi teknis untuk perancangan smart label berbasis IoT. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui fokus utama pelanggan adalah informasi mengenai identitas wine (11%), otentifikasi keaslian wine (10,7%), dan rekomendasi terpersonalisasi berdasarkan pembelian (10,2%), dan spesifikasi teknis berupa fitur yang tingkat kepentingannya tinggi yakni : Implementasi augmented reality (AR) (22,3%), integrasi mobile application (15,8%), dan fitur media audio visual (13,6%). Dihasilkan desain arsitektur sistem dan detail komponen yang diperlukan.
