Analisis Efektivitas Kinerja Mesin Printing SM-52 untuk Produk Buku Tahunan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektifitas mesin dan memberikan saran perbaikan loss pada mesin SM-52, selama 6 bulan terjadi breakdown selama 17,5 jam. Overall Equipment Effectiveness digunakan untuk mengukur Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Nilai Availability Rate dan Quality Rate sudah memenuhi standar, sedangkan rata-rata Performance Rate belum memenuhi standar. Hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness sebesar 94,54% telah memenuhi standar World Class OEE. Penyebab rendahnya nilai tersebut adalah Set Up And Adjustment Losses sebesar 30%. Perusahaan dapat melakukan pemeliharaan terencana, pemeliharaan berkelanjutan, dan pemeliharaan mutu.
