Perancangan Perbaikan Mesin Pencacah Plastik Menggunakan Pendekatan Metode Kano

Abstract

Penangan sampah masih menjadi isu yang krusial terutama pada kasus sampah anorganik dalam bentuk plastik. Kasus yang terjadi pada Bank Sampah Berkah Makmur Cilacap, mencoba mengubah sampah menjadi sesuatu yang memiliki nilai jual, salah satunya adalah pada sampah plastik. Dalam menjawab permasalah tersebut, bank sampah berkah makmur menginginkan sebuah kebaruan dalam proses pengolahan sampah plastik, dengan penggunaan mesin yang dapat melakukan pengolahan yang baik, memiliki output cacahan yang maksimal,  namun tetap memiliki desain yang compact sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Pendekatan dengan metode Kano diharapkan dapat menangkap kebutuhan pengelola bank sampah tersebut, serta dapat memberikan desain perbaikan pada rancangan desain pencacah plastik ke depannya. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat 5 atribut penting bagi responden yaitu : Bentuk, Fungsi, Safety, Kapasitas dan Output yang dijadikan acuan dalam proses perancangan perbaikan desain pencacah plastik
